I will and have already recommend anyone I know to Don Stocker if they are looking to buy a house in the area. Don went above and beyond in so many ways I could not list them all here. Don truly cares about people and he treated us like family.

Don treated us like we were family. He let us know up front that we were in a golfer/caddy relationship. He would advise us of options to take but my wife and I would be the ones to make the ultimate decisions through the selling process. He was never pushy. He never came across as someone who felt he had to prove something to us but he let us know that our concerns and interests were also his. We actually left the state before we locked in with a buyer so he took care of and coordinated a lot of details for us while we were 420 miles away in another state. I can't say enough about how transparent, trustworthy, and dependable Don was through the whole process. I'd do it all over again with Don as my realtor!

Donald was an absolute blessing - He made the daunting task of selling my home into one of the simplest things I've done in my life! From the beginning Don made it clear that I was his customer and that he worked on my timeline and my schedule - I am single and work full-time and so that was undertaking in itself I promise! I can honestly say Don worked around the clock to keep me organized and on task. He scheduled and/or referred me to all inspectors, and contractors, and made himself available nights and weekends for any questions or concerns I had. He even watered plants while I was out of town! We just moved here from North Carolina and only had three days to find a home and Don was amazing! He spent all day taking me to as many homes as we could find while my husband was at work but as soon as my husband got out he would then spend his nights taking my husband to see them as well. He tries to make everything as easy and non stressful as he can and goes out of his way to help with everything. Don seemed to actually become part of our family during the purchase of our families first home purchase! He got to know us and what we were looking for and I will tell you that WE didn't even know exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely patient with us and his communication was great. While we did have a little bit of a hiccup near the end with an issue with closing costs. He did everything in his power to help explain the process and see us through to the end! Buying a home is typically a lengthy, stressful process with a multitude of things that must be accomplished in a timely fashion as the search comes to an end. Don does his best to make this as smooth as he can at every turn. He is prompt with communication (either phone, texts or email) and follows through with each and every detail. It is hard for me to get away from the office at times so Don was always quick to respond and arrange a viewing as soon as he could. Don is professional but relaxed and truly takes to heart the relationships with his clients. He always had my best interest in mind and wasn't worried about "selling a house" but more about finding a home.
